Ever experience a drastic computer hangup that spoils all your work without you having saved it? Or worse still, a harddisk crash that threatens to endanger all your precious megabytes of data! Many of us have yet to master Windows 3.1 and out came Windows 95. And what's the difference between OSR1 and OSR2? What are PNP, EDO, FPM etc jargons supposed to mean? Don't know how to get that cracky MPEG card working with your system or don't know how to be able to use your system to watch video CDs?

If you have gone to a helpful sales-person, there may not be much of a problem. But how about a seemingly nice salesman who later turns nasty at your querries?
